Results, reported honestly
Fertility care is a partnership built on trust, and trust starts with transparency. We publish our own outcomes — by age, by procedure, with safety indicators — so you can decide for yourself whether ICRC is the right place to start your journey.

These are the figures we report internally and review every month — published here unchanged. They cover the full 2024 patient cohort, followed through to confirmed birth in 2025.

Success rates change with age
Age is the single strongest predictor of fertility outcomes. We report results by five-year age bands so you can see the realistic range for your situation — without averages that hide the difference.
Rates expressed per embryo transfer. Cumulative live birth rates per egg-collection cycle (across all fresh and frozen transfers) are consistently higher and available on request.
Different treatments, different odds
No two patients receive the same treatment plan. These are the pooled results for each procedure we offer, across all age bands combined.

IVF / ICSI
In-vitro fertilisation with conventional insemination or intracytoplasmic sperm injection, the gold-standard treatment for most causes of infertility.
Best-in-class
fertilisation for severe male factor
ICSI for severe male factor
A single sperm is isolated under the microscope and injected directly into each egg — the only option for azoospermia and severe oligo/asthenospermia.
Proven
Cryopreservation programme
Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET)
Vitrified embryos are warmed and transferred in a programmed cycle, allowing additional attempts without repeat ovarian stimulation.
≥10M/ml
Sperm count requirement
IUI — Intrauterine Insemination
Processed sperm is placed directly into the uterine cavity 36–40 hours after hCG triggering, used for mild male factor, cervical hostility and unexplained infertility.
A live birth is not the only measure
Safe care means low complication rates, low twin rates, and a lab that protects every embryo entrusted to it. These are the indicators we monitor at every monthly audit.
Active monitoring
OHSS prevention
Regular ultrasound through stimulation to avoid ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome; protocol adjusted to age and ovarian reserve.
10–12
Optimal follicle yield
Target number of mature follicles per cycle — enough for good outcomes while minimising OHSS risk.
Tight scrutiny
Strict cycle screening
IVF/ICSI is offered only after simpler treatments have been considered, ensuring the right couples get the right treatment at the right time.
Long shelf life
Cryopreservation success
Pregnancies have been reported from embryos stored over 16 years in our cryofreezing planner — the same one used for APSORA.
How we measure what we report
Plain language. Audited records. No selective reporting. The full methodology is reviewed annually by an independent committee.
Reporting period
Headline IVF/ICSI figures reflect the cumulative experience of ICRC since opening our ART service in 2003, with continuous internal cycle audit.
Data source
Every cycle is documented in our internal ART register at the point of care, with results cross-checked against laboratory records and patient follow-up.
Definitions used
Clinical pregnancy = gestational sac on ultrasound at 6 weeks. Take-home baby rate = live birth of a healthy infant, confirmed by the patient or referring clinician.
What success means to us
Success is not only the pregnancy rate. We pride ourselves on the satisfaction of patients who do not achieve pregnancy — excellent service, compassionate care, and individualised attention through every step.

Behind every percentage, a family's journey
Patients shared these stories with consent. Names are abbreviated for privacy. Each one represents months — sometimes years — of careful, individualised care.
