Consultant & clinical Director
Dr. Farzana Khan is a distinguished Reproductive Medicine Specialist and the clinical cornerstone of ICRC, widely recognized as the "nucleus" of the clinic's operations. She is an expert in every facet of Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART), with a rare command of both clinical patient management and advanced embryology. Dr. Khan's authority in the field is built on a comprehensive skill set that spans the entire fertility care spectrum. She is adept in patient counseling, ovulation induction, and stimulation protocols, and is equally proficient in complex laboratory procedures—including ovum pickup, embryo culture, embryo transfer, and cryopreservation (freezing and thawing). Her expertise extends across the full continuum of infertility management, encompassing monitoring, IUI, and every stage of the IVF/ICSI cycle. Her clinical acumen is underpinned by rigorous international training and credentials. She holds an MBBS under Dhaka university (2001) and completed specialized ART training at the prestigious Soong Poong Women's Clinic in South Korea (2007). She further earned a Diploma in Reproductive Medicine & Embryology from the International School of Medicine, Germany (2018), followed by a Diploma (2021) and MSc (2022) in Sexual and Reproductive Medicine from the University of South Wales, UK. Dr. Nahid Parveen (Rumki) is a Consultant at ICRC (Infertility Care and Research Center), serving with dedication since May 2012. She completed her MBBS Under Dhaka Univerisity(2006) and earned her MS in Obstetrics & Gynaecology from BMU (2021). She was awarded Best Intern Doctor in Medicine at Bangladesh Medical College in 2007. Her ART expertise is backed by specialized training from NOVA IVI Fertility Clinics, Kolkata, India (2013), and a Certificate Course on Reproductive Medicine and ART from ICRC & NSU (2022). She also holds a Diploma in Medical Ultrasonography (DMU) from Daffodil International University. Dr. Rumki is proficient in all aspects of obstetrics, Gynaecological surgery& infertility care, including patient counseling, ovulation induction and monitoring, transvaginal ultrasonography, and ovum pick-up. She has attended numerous international conferences, including ASPIRE Hong Kong (2019) and Philippines (2024). Her sincerity, skill, and patient-centered approach make her an invaluable asset to the ICRC team.

Dr. Nasrin Farhana Nipa is a dedicated Consultant in Infertility and Reproductive Medicine at ICRC. She completed her MBBS from Shahid Ziaur Rahman Medical College, Bogra, and earned her Master’s in Public Health (MPH) from NIPSOM. She has also completed her Diploma (2023) and MSc (2024) in Sexual and Reproductive Medicine from the University of South Wales, UK, and has nearly completed her Diploma in Medical Ultrasonography. With extensive experience in infertility care, Dr. Nipa is proficient in-patient counseling, ovulation induction and monitoring, transvaginal ultrasonography, and all ART-related gynaecological procedures. Her comprehensive training and dedication ensure compassionate, high-quality care for every patient.

Senior Medical Officer
Dr. Tutul Rani Bhattacharyya is a Senior Medical Officer at ICRC, where she has been serving since April 2018. She completed her MBBS from Sher-E-Bangla Medical College, Barishal (1998). Her extensive career spans over two decades in reproductive health. She worked with Marie Stopes Clinic Society for many years, including as a Reproductive Health Specialist at Marie Stopes Premium-1. She also gained valuable experience at the Infertility Unit of BSMMU's Gynae & Obstetrics Department. Dr. Bhattacharyya holds a Diploma in Medical Ultrasonography from State University (2012) and a Certificate Course on Diabetology (CCD) from BIRDEM (2013). She also completed Emergency Obstetric Care (EOC) training from Sir Salimullah Medical College & Mitford Hospital. She is proficient in-patient counseling, ovulation induction and monitoring, transvaginal ultrasonography, and all ART-related gynaecological procedures. Her vast experience and dedication ensure compassionate, high-quality care for every patient.

Dr. Afroza Rahman (Deana) is a dedicated Consultant at ICRC, serving with sincerity and commitment. She completed her MBBS from Dhaka Medical College and holds a Diploma in Gynaecology & Obstetrics. She is currently pursuing FCPS Part II in Obs & Gynae. She has also completed her Diploma (2025) and MSc (2026) in Sexual and Reproductive Medicine from the University of South Wales. Dr. Deana is trained in Ultrasonography and is proficient in all aspects of infertility care, including patient counseling, ovulation induction and monitoring, transvaginal ultrasonography, IUI, and all ART-related gynaecological procedures. Her comprehensive training and compassionate approach ensure high-quality care for every patient

Embryologist
Dr. Joyee Ahmed is a Clinical Embryologist with an MBBS degree from Sher-E-Bangla Medical College and is registered with the Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC Reg. No. A-105312). She holds an MSc in Clinical Embryology from the University of Valencia, Spain, and has received advanced, direct mentorship from renowned experts including Professor Dr. Rashida Begum. She is currently serving as a Clinical embryologist at Infertility Care and Research Center (ICRC), where she applies her clinical embryology expertise in reproductive medicine. With specialized training in Clinical Embryology and Assisted Reproductive Technology, Dr. Ahmed is dedicated to advancing fertility care and laboratory excellence in reproductive healthcare.

Sr. Embryologist &Scientific Director
Mr. Forhad Alam is a distinguished Clinical Embryologist and the first ASPIRE (Asia Pacific Initiative on Reproduction) exam-qualified clinical embryologist in Bangladesh. He holds an MSc in Clinical Embryology from the University of Valencia, Spain, and has received advanced, direct mentorship from renowned experts including Professor Dr. Rashida Begum and Professor Dr. Ehsan Quadir. Further honing his expertise, he completed a certificate course in Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) from the Embryology Academy for Research and Training (EART) in Mumbai, India, which is endorsed by the Cleveland Clinic, USA. In recognition of his potential, Mr. Alam was awarded the prestigious Merck Foundation (Merck more than a Mother) scholarship in Clinical Embryology, under which he trained at the IIRRH, Bangalore, India, in collaboration with the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), USA. Currently serving as Scientific Director and Senior Embryologist at ICRC, Mr. Alam is a highly competent specialist in both andrology and clinical embryology laboratory work, driving excellence in reproductive healthcare.

Embryologist
Mridul Kanti Roy is an Embryologist at ICRC (Infertility Care and Research Center). He holds a BSc (Hons) in Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology from East West University and a Master of Public Health (MPH) from North South University, Bangladesh. He has received extensive training in Clinical Embryology at ICRC and is proficient in all aspects of embryology and andrology laboratory work, including gamete handling, embryo culture, and cryopreservation. His dedication and technical expertise ensure the highest standards of care in every ART procedure.
