Heard from our fellows & trainees
Every programme graduate carries ICRC's standards into their own practice — in Bangladesh and internationally.
"My fellowship at ICRC was transformative. I went from a general gynaecologist to a confident fertility specialist in 12 months. The exposure to complex ART cycles and mentorship from Prof. Alam are unmatched in Bangladesh."
Dr. Dilnoza Khan
Reproductive Medicine Fellowship · 2025
BIRDEM General Hospital
"The embryology training here is world-class. Working on EmbryoScope protocols and mastering vitrification gave me the skills to secure a position at an international clinic. The lab standards rival anything in Europe."
Dr. Faisal Rahman

Now at Dubai Fertility Centre
"I joined to observe one department and left having learned from all four. The team made every effort to explain and teach, not just demonstrate. I have already referred two colleagues to the programme."
Dr. Nasreen Sultana
Observer Programme · 2025
Chittagong Medical College
"Having trained in the UK, I was sceptical about local fellowship quality. ICRC proved me completely wrong. The protocol rigour, lab standards, and academic structure match international training programmes."
